How does the process work?
1. Fill Out Form
Fill out an interest form on the "contact" tab. Describe what you'd like from your session. I will reach out for a consultation if needed or upon request.
2. Sign Contract & Submit Retainer
Fill out and sign a client agreement form that is also our contract and photo release form. Submit retainer payment to secure your session. Session is not booked unless retainer is submitted.
Retainer amount is 50% of total session amount.
3. The Big Day
We will meet at the address listed on your client intake form. Capture all the memories of you and desired key moments discussed during the consultation and what was written in the contract.
4. Photos & Prints
Depending on the package, the full gallery will be available 1-5 weeks from the session. Gallery will also be available for print on the website.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling requires a 72 hours notice before the scheduled shoot (unless mutually agreed and discussed with photographer and model- mostly relates to weather). Last minute cancelation will result in forfeiting the retainer and increasing the next amount to 75% for future sessions. A last minute change in location (initiated by model) will result in a $5-10 fee depending on distance from original location.

How long does it take to get our event photos delivered?
May take from 2 - 5 weeks to deliver entire gallery. Sneak peeks (up to 5 photos) will be delivered ~3 days after the session upon request.
How long does it take to get our portrait photos delievered?
May take 1-2 weeks to deliver entire gallery. Sneak peaks (3 photos) is only offered upon request and can be delivered 3 days after session.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I can travel out of the Portland area and travel fees will be added to the package.
